terms and conditions    




Registrations can be made electronically, by telephone or in writing. They are confirmed by me electronically or in writing. The registration is binding as soon as the confirmation has been received. 




The payment is made by bank transfer before the tour takes place. Differing rules of payment will be communicated in the confirmation letter/email. 




I recommend a cancellation insurance, this is not included in the price.


A cancellation of the booked tour must be submitted in writing or electronically. 

The date I receive the cancellation will be the determining factor for the calculation of the cancellation costs.

Please note the following regulation:

  • Within 30-20 days before the booked tour: 30% of the total amount

  • Within 19-10 days before the booked tour: 50% of the total amount

  • Within 9-0 days before the booked tour: 100% of the total amount


Instead of a cancellation, a substitute person can participate under the existing terms and conditions of the tour. I will charge a processing fee of CHF 50.-. If you decide to interrupt or cancel a tour early, there will be no refund.


If there are not enough participants for a tour with a minimum number of participants, or if there are other circumstances preventing the tour from taking place, can withdraw from the contract at short notice. Unless an equivalent replacement program is offered, you are entitled to reimbursement of payments already made. Further claims are excluded.




In general tours also take place in rainy weather. Adjustments to the tour for safety reasons in case of natural events, very bad weather or force majeure can be made by me at short notice, even during the tour.


Adjustments of the tour can mean changes of the hiking area, route chance or if necessary, shifting the entire tour to another date.

I strive to offer you a equivalent replacement program if possible. 

By registering, you agree to any program changes. If adjustments need to be made or if I have to cancel a trip prematurely due to the aforementioned events, there is no right to a refund of the payments already made.


More or less costs will be charged or refunded. If the price difference is more than 10%, you have the right to withdraw from the contract upon full refund of the payments already made.




Please send me the filled-in medical questionnaire before the tour takes place to be able to agree on whether the desired tour is suitable for you or not. If you are forced to cancel the booked tour due to physical problems during the tour, no refund can be claimed.




Moving in nature and mountains always involves a certain residual risk, which can not be completely ruled out despite extensive and thorough planning. By booking a tour, you acknowledge this fact, accept this risk and confirm that you are adequately insured for any accident and / or illness consequences.


I recommend a comprehensive accident insurance including mountain risks and a patronage at Rega ( or Air Zermatt (


Any liability of me to you, for whatever reason, is excluded, provided that there is no negligence or intention presented.




The contractual relationship between you and is subject to Swiss law.

Place of jurisdiction is Visp.
